Whilst our roots are in Spain, we are an International organisation have a small but mighty international team to enrich our platform and our projects.

 

With great pride, our team stands as a symbol of diversity, hailing from Six distinct countries spanning four continents. Our origins are rooted in nations that have borne the brunt of climate injustice – India and Uganda – infusing our mission with personal conviction.

Guided by the TEAL organisational decision making model, we are resolute in our commitment to uprooting the pervasive influence of white-dominant cultural norms within our decision-making processes. It is acknowledged that some among us enjoy greater social advantages, and we actively seek to decolonise our own mindsets and our movement to ensure a safe, supportive and empowering environment for each member of our team and be allies to BIPOC women and non-binary environmental defenders.
